Private lessons

The ECA team offers the opportunity for your children to take private lessons during school hours. These lessons include music and language classes. Children who take private music classes also have the opportunity to take part in concerts which are organised approximately twice a year (Christmas and at our Performing Arts Day in May). How does it work?

All individual lessons take place in the school. Timetable has to be determined individually with the teacher. Enrollment must be made before the first class.

To take a private lesson, you need to chose one of the teachers below and contact them to arrange a time during the week when your child is available. Lessons typoically take place in lunch hour or after school (including Wednesday and Friday afternoon). Once you have organised a time with the teacher,  you must create an order for a particular course in our online registration system.

There is one type of subscription for individual lessons:

• Annual subscription :

Cost: 600 € for 30x 30 minutes of lessons.

 If the course lasts more than 30 minutes, the price will be adjusted accordingly. If your child is having 1 hour class per week, the price will be 1200€ (this amount has to be paid before the beginning of the individual class).

Your child does not which instrument to take? No worries you can opt for a ticket

• The ticket :

It is possible to buy a maximum of 3 tickets in order to try a music instrument.

Cost: 25€/ticket for 30 minutes lesson.

You can buy your tickets at the accounting office (building S, 2nd floor) OR by bank transfer on the APEEE bank account Périscolaire with the following communication *Surname and Firstname of your child, name of the private lesson, name of the teacher*.

The cancellation of a lesson must be made at the latest the day before the class before. Otherwise, the lesson will be considered as given and will be taken into account. Parents are asked to notify the teachers in case of justified absence by the school (e.g school trip, pedagogical day).
