Your child will be able to use the bus at the stops and times indicated in his/her enrolment >
IMPORTANT: please inform your child of the bus numbers for the outward and return journeys, so that he/she can find the bus in the school parking area.
Depending on the bus route, the bus stops may be different in the morning, afternoon or on Wednesdays. Please check your stop locations here >> and also consult the map here >>
Please note that during the first few days, our buses may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
- S2-S7 and departure at 15:20
If your child is a Secondary student (between S2 and S7), and considering that the 1st departure at 3.20 PM concerns in priority children from M1 to S1 who finish their classes at 3.05 PM, students from S2 to S7 can board if and only if there are still seats available after the M1 and S1 students present on the bus have already boarded.

- Extracurricular activities > 23 September 2024
Reminder: extracurricular activities will start on 23 September 2024 for all pupils (nursery, primary and secondary).
For M1-P2 pupils, 2 multi-activities afternoons (12.50PM-3PM) will be organised on Fridays 13 and 20 September, with registration only. More information here >>
Only a few places are still available.
If your child will not attend one of these afternoons, please make sure you can collect your child after school on Fridays 6, 13 and 20 September 2024.
- Organisation from Monday to Friday
For M1-P2 pupils, departure on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays is at 3.20 PM and on Wednesdays at 12.50PM.
Classes end on Fridays at 12.45PM.
There are 4 options for your child:
- Collect your child from school.
- Enrol your child in the extracurricular activities from 12.50 PM to 3.00 PM.
Your child will then be able to take the bus leaving the school at 15:20 as on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Please note that extracurricular activities start on 23 September 2024. - If your child is enrolled in an OIB garderie, you can select the return to this garderie. Buses leave the school at 13:00. Registration at the garderie is mandatory to use these buses.
- Register your child at the DROP OFF MERODE stop of the bus leaving the school at 13:00.
The drop-off point is near the Merode metro station, a 5-minute walk from the EU institutions at Schuman. To do this, you will need to create an additional order by selecting only the return stop / WEDNESDAY: DROP OFF
For P3-S1, departure on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday is at 15:20 and on Wednesday at 12:50.
For S2-S7, departure is at 16:10, except on Wednesdays, when departure is at 12:50.

All notifications of bus delays and cancellations are sent exclusively via this application. Sign up to receive real-time information on timetables, delays and your child’s boarding/unboarding. Make sure you use the telephone number registered on your child’s APEEE profile. For any change of number, update your profile on your APEEE parent account, please note that this will take 24 hours. - Shortage of drivers
Coach operators are always facing driver shortages. By rationalising bus stops and routes, we have been able to find practical solutions to avoid cancellations as far as possible.
