Dear parents,
We are getting back to you as promised with the details of the last part of the reimbursement for the year September 2019 – August 2020. We have indeed had to delay the reimbursement of the transport since it resumed at the end of the school year.
You will find below the presentation as well as the accounting details presented by the treasurer and the APEEE director at the Board meeting of 01/10/2020 during which the method of reimbursement for transport services not provided during the containment period was voted as well as an additional reimbursement for extracurricular services.

Regarding the transport, the administrative board voted for a reimbursement of 769 965 € calculated according to the same principle as for the reimbursement of the canteen and the extracurricular activities.
As far as extracurricular activities are concerned, the financial reporting at the end of the year showed a surplus of €27,049 which the Board voted to reimburse.
