Some of you may have heard the story of one of our buses where a man got on, thinking it was public transport.
Like many of our buses, there was no monitor on this bus, as we are having great difficulty in finding people for this position.
The driver, Mr Kastriot Yzeiraj, a former policeman in Albania, told the man to get off and called the police. The man eventually got off and the incident had no serious consequences other than a significant delay to the bus tour.
Mr. Yzeiraj reacted appropriately, efficiently and responsibly to the man’s presence and on behalf of the whole APEEE we would like to thank him sincerely.
