The APEEE Bru 4 is excited to announce the promotion of our new Cheffe de Cuisine, Audrey Clepkens!Audrey joined our team as a commis de cuisine in 2012. With her talent and dedication, she progressed to the position of chef de partie in 2019. Today, she’s taking the lead as cheffe de cuisine!
With over 12 years’ experience at the APEEE, Audrey knows every aspect of our school’s kitchen. Her passion and commitment to providing healthy and tasty meals will delight all our students.
