SUMMER CAMP 2023 IS FULL !
This year, the extracurricular service is organising a Summer Camp for students from S1 to S4 from 26 June to 6 July 2023.
Save the date: registration opens on this Wednesday 10 May 2023 at 12:00.
> Programme :
Students will have the choice between 2 programmes:
- Creative Camp (28 places): during this camp, students will participate in artistic and creative activities: discovering different techniques of engraving and printing on fabric, painting, etc… The students will go home with their creations at the end of the camp.
- Adventure Camp (84 places): This camp offers students the opportunity to discover mainly sporting disciplines: boxing, basketball, self-defence, yoga, volleyball, theatre improv.
And for the participants of both camps, other fun and adventure activities are also on the programme such as: Koezio, Parkour, climbing at Arkoze, Aqualibi, creation of a wall painting, capoeira and percussion, etc…
The famous day trips, Kayaking on the Lesse and the tree climbing adventure, will take place in Dinant on 30 June and 4 July.
On the last day, Thursday 6 July, a big collective surprise activity will take place at the school. This will be the opportunity to end the course in style!

The price for the 9-day camp is 350€.
Lunch is included in the price and will take place between 12:30 and 13:15 in the canteen (3rd floor). During the outdoor days, a picnic (sandwich + dessert) will be prepared by the cafeteria, except at Aqualibi where the children will eat in one of the restaurants on site.
- Schedule :
The Summer Camp 2023 takes place over 9 days.
We expect the students to gather at 8:20 to start the activities at 8:30. The day end at 15:00, except on Wednesday at 12:30.
If your child is registered with the transport service, he/she will be able to take the bus in the morning and in the afternoon at 12:50 on Wednesday and at 15:20 bus on other days.
For S3-S4 pupils who are not registered for the transport service, the purchase of an occasional ticket on the registration website is possible if places are available.
Please note: no school bus on 30/06 and 4/07. Please collect your child from school at 17:00.
- Photos and vidéos :
To keep memories of this Summer Camp, photos and videos will be taken during the activities, by the extracurricular service and by some of our partners. We will publish some of them on our APEEE website.
Those taken by our partners will be shared with you and published on their websites to promote their activities. If you do not wish your child to be filmed or photographed, please notify us in the “comment” box when you register.

Does your child want to participate in the Summer Camp?
To register her/him, please go to our registration website, from 10 May at 12:00, in the Extracurricular activities section and choose the name of the camp that interests you:
Summer Camp 2023 – Creative camp
Summer Camp 2023 – Adventure camp
You will then receive an automatic mail inviting you to pay the amount of 350€ on the bank account of the périscolaire. Please make this transfer within 2 weeks, otherwise your place will no longer be guaranteed.
Please note that places are limited to 112 (28 for the Creative camp and 84 for the Adventure camp).
Registrations are based on a “first come, first served” basis! Beyond the 112 places, the status of the following orders will be “on waiting list”. We will contact you if a place becomes available. Once payment has been made, you will receive an email confirming your child’s registration for the Summer Camp. The full programme will then be sent to you.
IMPORTANT – Families not members of the APEEE for 2022-2023
Families who are not members of the APEEE for the current school year will first have to apply for membership before they can register for the Summer Camp.
For technical reasons, the membership application will be made for the year 2023-2024. Once this is done, please inform the extracurricular service by email periscolaire@bru4.eu, so that it can be modified and reinstated for the current school year. You will then receive a payment request of the 2022-2023 membership fee to allow you to register for the Summer Camp.
The payment of the membership fee, to be paid within two weeks of the request, is a compulsory condition for participating in the Summer Camp. The fee is a condition for access to the APEEE services. Any family failing to pay will have its order refused.
