Following the ministerial decree effective Monday 1 February 2021, please note that the extracurricular activities service will operate as follows:
- All secondaries activities remain suspended, except for private lessons.
- Nursery and primary activities remain limited to a maximum of 10 pupils and will continue to take place on days and times scheduled since the beginning of the year.
- Rooms used for activities will continue to be well ventilated.
We would also like to remind you that it is mandatory for primary children to wear a face mask during the activity, except for sportive activities. Wearing a mask is however not compulsory for nursery pupils.
From Monday 8th February 2021, if a pupil does not have a mask to attend his/her extracurricular activity, a warning will be sent to the parents. If the child still does not have a mask for his/her next activity, he/she will be excluded from the extracurricular activities service for one month, starting the day after the notification sent to the parents. Should this happen again, the child will be excluded for the rest of the school year.
Face masks are now very strongly recommended for lessons where different school levels in primary do not mix (piano & theory on Monday from 3:10 pm to 4:10 pm, piano & theory on Wednesday from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, art workshop on Friday from 12:50 pm to 3 pm with Liliane Hene).
We invite you to prepare a spare mask to put in your child’s school bag for preventive purposes. Wearing a face mask covering the nose and mouth is an important civic act to protect together against the spread of Covid-19.
Thank you for your understanding.
