Registration for the extracurricular activities service of the APEEE of Brussels IV for the school year 2024-2025 are open.
Extracurricular activities will begin on Monday, 23 September 2024 for all pupils (nursery, primary and secondary) and will end on Friday, 13 June 2025.
Supervision will be offered to nursery and primary pupils on Friday 13 and 20 September between 12.50pm and 5.30pm. More information will be available by the end of the school year.
Please note that registration will be interrupted between 9 and 23 September 2024.

It is mandatory to accept its terms in order to continue registration.
Before placing your extracurricular orders:
We invite you to go to your APEEE parent account to check that your annual membership fee order for the 2024-2025 school year is in payment order. If this is the case, you will be able to place your orders for the extracurricular service.
How to register for the extracurricular activities service?
- Go to our online registration system: Log in to your APEEE account >
- Check if your profile information is up to date and change it if necessary.
- Renew your APEEE membership fee. Please make sure to use the number of the structured communication that you will find on the payment notice. A membership per household and per school year is requested. The membership opens access to our services.
- Having carefully read the rules, register your child to the extracurricular activities service.

Children, registered to the transport service, can take a bus departing at 4.10pm, provided there are still places available and the chosen stop is served.
