Our canteen service will operate from Wednesday 4 September 2024 for all nursery, primary and secondary students.
- Payment
On the 21st of August we have sent the communication for the payment of the 1st instalment. Please make sure you use the correct communication and the exact amount. In case you haven’t received anything please contact the Canteen office.

Timetable for school year 2024-2025 is the following:
Every Wednesday, Secondary students with subscription at the Canteen can eat at the Staff’s restaurant between 11:30 – 14:00.

- Cafeterias (Building R & Snack Shack)
Cafeterias are available for all secondary students. Products and prices are available on our website >
Payments to cafeterias are made with the card issued by the school. Please have your card activated at the canteen’s office before any use (building D, 2nd floor).
Each card is linked to a parent-managed account created via our “APEEE BRU IV” app. To receive your login and password, please send an email to canteen@bru4.eu.
You can top up this account with a bank card at canteen’s office or directly via the app. You can find all necessary info about our mobile app on our website >
- Pre-orders
Our pre-order system will begin on the 9th of September. As always students can pre-order using our app. Our team prepares daily the orders and food can be picked-up either at the Cafeteria or the Snack Shack.
