As tomorrow Friday the 20/3/2015 there will be European Summit in the Council building. Traffic disruptions and access problems in the EU Quarter are expected.
The bus 90 will exceptionally stop at the entrance of the park Cinquantenaire (near metro station Merode).
You can find the exact place of the stop with google map.
