Dear parents of S7 and other classes, here is an interesting memo on problems linked to the safeguard of fundamental rights of pupils and parents in the remedies system put in place for the European Schools, with a Complaints Board whose case-law is unable to offer parents equivalent judicial safeguards to that which member states provide in the educational field.
