-
You should have received a welcome pack from the school in the summer. If you didn’t, it is available on the school website.
-
Access to the school site (car parking/security) is organised by the school. Please check the school website for the latest information.
The APEEE organises transport, extra-curricular activities and the canteen. Enrolments for all services are still open.
-
Transport: The 1st enrolment phase for transport for 2015 – 2016 closed on 31 May 2015 and the transport team planned the routes based on the stops that have been requested in that phase. Parents who have enrolled for transport since 1 June 2015 will have to select one of the stops which has already been scheduled. In mid-August: routes and timetables were finalised but please keep checking for minor modifications. For your personalised info, please consult your enrolment profile on the online enrolment system.
-
Extra-Curricular Activities: there are a range of cultural, sporting and artistic activities on offer. For the programme see here. For some FAQs see here.
-
Canteen: Enrolments received before 30 June were given priority. Any enrolments received afterwards are valid but places will be allocated on a first come first served basis until the maximum capacity of the canteen is reached. It is normal that your status is still “pending”. See the canteen pages for more info.
The garderie provides afterschool childcare facilities for children aged between 4 and 12 years. The Commission organises an after school garderie on the four European Schools’ sites (+ Berkendael) and on the five central sites: Van Maerlant (only 8 to 12 years), Wilson, Cornet-Leman, Genève and Beaulieu. Genève and Beaulieu are reserved primarily for staff children working in the buildings nearby. For more info see here.
The APEEE is holding a coffee morning on the first day of term – from 8:20 until 10:00. We look forward to welcoming you then!
