Your child has come into contact with someone who is a carrier of Covid-19? 

  • Is your child fully vaccinated?
  • Is your child not – or only partially – vaccinated?

Transport

Nursery – Primary – Secondary: School buses run normally.

  1. In the morning when boarding, if the bus has a rear or middle door, students will have to board through the rear door, without exception.
  2. All students should, wherever possible, always occupy the same seat on the bus;
  3. Students, bus drivers and bus monitors are not required to wear a mask while on the bus anymore
  4. Bus monitors will be in possession of hydroalcoholic gel – Students can ask to desinfect their hands but it not compulsory anymore for them to do it before boarding the bus.
  5. Bus monitors will be authorized to help nursery students fasten their seatbelts, and get off the bus.
  6. On the return trip, children will get out through the rear door of the vehicle if there are two doors. Otherwise, they will exit through the front door.

Canteen

Nursery – Primary – Secondary: The canteen is operating normally and all students are welcome again.

Canteen:

  1. All students and accompanying teachers enter the canteen building via the rotunda stairs;
  2. Students and teachers are not required to wear face masks anymore;
  3. At the entrance into the canteen, students and teachers can disinfect their hands with the hydroalcoholic gel at their disposal;
  4. The canteen team is the only one who can be in contact with the food, so the students will have to wait to be served by the canteen staff at the table and at the buffet;
  5. Students will leave by the indicated exit – exterior exit only, access to the rotunda stairs is forbidden for students and teachers leaving the canteen;

Cafeterias: Wearing a face mask is not mandatory anymore when ordering.

Cargo Bike (pre-orders): Wearing a face mask is not mandatory anymore when you come to pick up your pre-order.

Extracurricular activities

Nursery – Primary – Secondary: Extracurricular activities – including private lessons – are taking place normally.

  1. Extracurricular activities have been limited to a maximum of 12 students;
  2. Students are not required to wear a face mask anymore while waiting for their teacher at the meeting point;
  3. Students and extracurricular activities monitors and teachers are not required to wear face masks throughout the activity;
  4. Hydroalcoholic gel is present in all school rooms so that students can disinfect their hands at all times;
  5. Monitors will be authorized to help the children in order to ensure that the activity runs smoothly, which may result in physical contact (correcting postures to avoid injury, etc.).

Task Force Covid-19

A Covid-19 Task Force meets once a week between the school and the APEEE.
