Nous sommes actuellement en train de clôturer nos comptes de l’année 2016-2017 pour obligation financière légale, c’est pourquoi nous tenions à vous informer que, si vous avez engagé des frais lors de cette Somerfesto et que vous devez encore être remboursé, nous vous saurions gré de bien vouloir vous adresser à notre service comptabilité par e-mail à l’adresse suivante :accounting@bru4.eu et ce avant le vendredi 27 octobre prochain.

Si vous ne vous manifestez pas d’ici le 27 octobre, veuillez noter que vos frais ne seront pas déclarés et nous ne serons ainsi plus en mesure de vous rembourser.

Thank you so much again for you participation in the 2017 annual parents’ school party Somerfesto.

As we are closing our 2016-2017 accounts for financial obligation, we would like to inform you that if you have incurred costs during this Somerfesto and still need to be reimbursed, please write an email to our accounting service: accounting@bru4.eu before Friday 27th October 2017.

If we do not hear from you before Ocotber 27^h, your costs will not be reported and we will not be able to reimburse you anymore.

Come party on Saturday May 13th 2017 at the 9th annual Somerfesto from 12h to 17h followed by Evening Disco for P5/S1-S3!

Somerfesto is a full day of fun family activities, including magic shows, bouncy castles, face painting, and games. The day will end with a Disco for the P5/S1-S3 classes – see the programme page for details of how to register!

Some of the funds raised from Somerfesto activities over the years have been used to fund the Secondary Playground equipment; many items in the Primary Playground, as well as the magnificence mural in the Nursery Playground displaying artwork created by the children at the Somerfesto Art Corner. Somerfesto funds have also supported the Primary and Secondary Libraries, the Students Council and the APEEE Community Fund as well as supporting many Charities locally and abroad. Somerfesto is an opportunity to showcase the projects and talents of our school community with the EEB IV Has Talent Show and the Science Festival! taking place for the fourth year running. As usual there will be Magic Shows, Pony Rides, Face Painting, Games, Bouncy Castles, Sports, Art Corner, a Book Stand and new surprises! as well as the ever popular Candy Floss and Hot Dog stands and of course, the food stands organized by the language sections where we can all feast on the different national culinary delights!

The party is about having fun, fun, fun! For it to be a success we need parents’ participation – both by contributing food to your national stand and by giving an hour (or more) of your time on the day to help organize activities. Check the Volunteers page to see how!
